About Data Dude

Data Dude is a bookkeeping and systems shop for Dallas–Fort Worth contractors, with restaurants as our second specialty. We keep your books current, reconcile every account each month, and hand you a P&L you can actually read.

For contractors, clean books are only half of it. The other half is knowing which jobs are finished, which are billed, which change orders never made it onto an invoice, and who still owes you. We build simple systems that put those answers in front of the owner every week.

For restaurants, it's food cost reported monthly, vendor invoices that match the bank, and cash you can plan around.
